I visited the doctor to discuss results of an MRI knee scan in March 2014, the doctor had to google what the results meant (I could have done that myself) and then told me I would be referred to the orthopeadic department at Broomfield, this was 9 months ago! I am guessing he didn't bother.... Luckily for me my knee has improved

I always manage to get an appointment when I need one and are rarely kept waiting long. The practice nurses are great too.

The receptionist are helpful but it's just annoying that when I called first thing in the morning 16 weeks pregnant and I couldn't get in and It was an emergency I was dehydrated

The staff are all very friendly, whenever I have to make an appointment I always get one, I cannot praise this surgery, Doctors and all staff highly enough for the treatment I have received over the past 30 years.

I dont really think i can think of a better surgery, the service is almost faultless and you never have to wait too long to see a doctor .
